Mis-Rt has a team of Rolling Mill specialist that can make any kind of Rolling Mill fact finding to advice our customers where they can focus their resources to increase the productivity. The basic fact finding is based on the customer information in the following KPI’s:
- Metallic Yield %
- Quality Yield %
- Productive Time %
- Available Time%
- More frequent and big delays
- Product by Product Standards according the Rolling Mill capacity
- Rolling Mill Speed according the Rolling Mill capacity.
- Products with more operating Problems
If the customer does not have this information precisely the Mis-Rt team can install a delay
tracking to track this information to know where the main bottle necks of the process are. Once the
Rolling Mill experts have the information they will submit to the customer the fact finding to focus
the customer batteries solving specific problems.
